I'm Samir El Fakih, a Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience helping clients buy and sell properties. I'm passionate about providing exceptional service and building lifelong relationships with my clients. Helping my clients achieve their real estate goals and create a better future for themselves and their families is why I do what I do.

I was born and raised in Venezuela to Lebanese parents and speak English, Spanish, and Arabic. I attended school in Texas for the majority of my childhood and graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Computer Science. After graduating from the University of Texas, I returned to Venezuela, where I met my beautiful wife and started my family. But I always knew that I wanted to create a better future for my family, so I made the bold decision to move back to the United States, settling down right here in Georgia. 

I started out working three jobs back-to-back, doing whatever it took to provide for my family. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, and I've always had a strong drive to create my own business and build a legacy for future generations. I knew with my entrepreneurial spirit and my burning desire to succeed that I was destined for more. So, I took a chance and started my first business, a painting company. From there, I continued to build my empire, owning and operating several successful businesses, including a storage unit, this very Real Estate Brokerage and more.

I come from a family of entrepreneurs, and I've always had a strong drive to create my own business and build a legacy for future generations. Over the years, I've invested in real estate and started several successful businesses, including a painting company, a storage unit, and more. I'm also passionate about investing in stocks and hope to share my knowledge and experience with others.

My goal as a real estate broker is to help my clients achieve financial freedom and the lifestyle they envision for themselves. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own their own home and build wealth through real estate investing. I'm here to provide the knowledge, guidance, and support that my clients need to succeed.
