Hey there! This is Samar, your friend in the Real Estate World!

I'm a young woman working on trying to make a difference in the world where I can. I am currently in my senior year at Kennesaw State University working to obtain my bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship. After I graduate, I plan to continue working on my education constantly finding new outlets to grow and learn how to best assist others through their journeys.

I have been surrounded by real estate my whole life. My father (Samir El Fakih - Broker of Selector Realty LLC

I shadowed him for years and eventually finally decided to fully commit to the real estate industry in June of 2021. Since then, I've been working hard to learn everything I can about the industry, and I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in October of 2022. My goal is to learn/absorb as much as I can and one day build a community of like minded people looking to grow just like me!

Fun Facts About Me: I am half Venezuelan and half Lebanese. I am a dog mom of a 2 year old Doberman Pincher named Athena. She is the light of my days and my truest companion. I love to continuously work on improving myself and becoming a better person each day. I have a passion for reading, investing, traveling, and learning in any way, shape & form. My two favorite books right now are The Alchemist Paulo Coelho and The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*** by Mark Manson. I have just made it through my first official year in my fitness journey and plan on going strong in 2024 too. I adore my family/friends and love to surround myself with the people I love.
