Hi there!

My name is Samar El Fakih. I'm a Real Estate Agent with a passion for helping my clients achieve their goals and dreams. I'm currently attending Kennesaw State University to obtain my bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, which I believe will help me better serve my clients in the future.

I have been surrounded by real estate my whole life. My father (Samir El Fakih - Broker of Selector Realty LLC - Your Home Sold GUARANTEED*) has been in the industry for just about as long as I've been alive. I shadowed him for years and eventually finally decided to fully commit to the real estate industry in June of 2021. Since then, I've been working hard to learn everything I can about the industry, and I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in October of 2022. My goal is to learn/absorb as much as I can and one day become the head of Selector Realty once my father retires.

What sets me apart as a real estate agent is my commitment to my clients' success. I believe that every client is unique and has their own goals and aspirations. My job is to help you achieve those goals and to build wealth together from the moment you decide to work with me. Whether my clients are buying their first home, pursuing financial freedom, or seeking to improve their lives in any way, I'm here to provide the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

Beyond my work with clients, I'm also passionate about making a difference in the community. Our team donates a portion of each of our commissions to a handful of worthy causes and hopes to continue expanding the organizations that we are partnered with. In addition, I volunteer my time and resources to organizations such as The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention, Must Ministries, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. I believe that we can all make a positive impact on the world around us, and I'm committed to doing my part.

Finally, I believe that personal growth and self-improvement are key to achieving success in any field. By constantly striving to improve myself and my skills, I'm better equipped to help my clients achieve their goals and realize their dreams That's why I love taking adventures, reading books, and doing self-reflection. The better I am for myself, the better I can be for my clients and my community.
